thought i have a bit more time this saturday to cook something more fiddly and time consuming. its actually quite simple, but stuffing little capsicum and eggplant with fish cake mixture could take forever...
then these were lightly pan fried till golden. by this time, a handful of the stuffed babies have had the fish detached =.= then separately i cooked a black bean and garlic sauce before popping the stuffed babies back in and stir fry till completely cooked. hehe.. and after a few more stirs, half the stuffed babies had the fish mixture detached... argh!!! all that effort!!!!
